采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇和体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液为流动相,建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定雀嘴茶中熊果苷质量分数的方法,该方法在0.349~402.788μg/mL质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、重复性均较好,并优化了提取雀嘴茶中熊果苷的方法.这不仅为雀嘴茶中熊果苷的质量分数测定提供了可靠的分析手段,也为茶叶及其他植物性产品中的活性成分检测提供了新思路.
Abstract:A chromatographic column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel as the filler was used, with methanol and a volume fraction of 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase, to establish a method for determining the mass fraction of arbutin in tea using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The method demonstrates a good linear relationship within the mass concentration range of 0. 349 to 402. 788 μg/mL, with satisfactory precision, stability, and repeatability. Furthermore, the extraction method for arbutin in tea was optimized with respect to extraction procedures and solvents. This method not only provides a reliable analytical technique for determining the mass fraction of arbutin in tea but also offers new insights for detecting active ingredients in tea and other plant-based products.
